This directory lists crews. It does not employ, bond, or guarantee them. Ask these yourself.
Can I see an insurance certificate?
Ask before they work on your property. We mark a row "not stated" unless they showed us a certificate. We do not insure them.
Who shows up?
Same person, family, or a rotating crew. That is their answer, not ours.
Mow only, or full maintenance?
Weekly mow is not the same job as edging, beds, and seasonal cleanup. Get the scope in writing.
Weekly or one-shot?
Recurring visits and a one-time reset are different jobs. Get both prices in writing.
Pets and yard hazards?
Say the species. Ask about gates, droppings, and sprinkler heads. Do not assume a "pets ok" chip covers a nervous animal.
WA business license?
Some landscape work sits under contractor rules. A UBI is still the normal path. Homework: business.wa.gov. Not legal advice.
